Nortel Norstar Modular ICS
The Nortel Norstar Modular Integrated Communications System (ICS) is a key system designed for growing small-to-medium businesses and is expandable up to 248 ports. Advanced integrated applications include voice messaging, unified messaging, digital networking, enhanced call centers and speech recognition. The Modular ICS can grow with your business through the addition of trunk and station modules as you need them.
Compact ICS
Designed for growing businesses, the Nortel Norstar Compact Integrated Communications System (CICS) offers from 4 to 8 lines and 8 to 24 telephone extensions. It supports all Norstar and Business Series telephones, including fully-featured digital functions with LCD and soft keys. Easily add Norstar applications, such as voice mail, automated attendant, (CTI), and automatic call distribution (ACD).
Call Centers
The Nortel Norstar Basic Call Center System for both the CallPilot 100 and CallPilot 150 platforms is compatible with the Norstar Integrated Communications Systems. This Call Center supports 20 configured agents, 2 skill-sets, 20 routing steps/skill-set, 30 built-in announcements, 15 lines, 2 skill-set mailboxes, 20 Intelligent overflow rules/skill-sets, 15 simultaneous incoming calls in the system, and all agents can be supervisors. Reporting package shows real-time statistics, historical statistics, and supports hardware and software wallboards.
CallPilot 150
Norstar CallPilot 150 delivers scalable advanced messaging to growing small and mid-sized businesses. Business sites with 32-300 users receive Voice Mail, Basic Call Center and two free seats of Desktop Messaging. CallPilot 150 also supports advanced applications such as Digital Networking and Centralized Voice Mail ideal for small and mid-sized standalone and multi-site businesses.
CallPilot 100
CallPilot 100 for Norstar Integrated Communications Systems is a state-of-the art messaging system for small to mid-sized businesses, with 10-40 mailbox users. CallPilot 100 is equipped with a built-in 10/100 Ethernet port, allowing connection to the LAN for advanced applications, including Auto Attendant, Customer Call Routing (CCR), Voice Mail, VPIM/AMIS Networking, Basic Call Center (Key-code activation), Web-based management, and IP connectivity.
