1. No Dial Tone

First, check all of the connections and make sure that no wires have come loose. If the dial tone still has not returned, replace the power supply or phone cable.

2. Audio Problems

There are a few common audio problems with various phone systems. Echoing, also called “latency,” occurs when there is not sufficient bandwidth to accommodate the call. This can be fixed by adjusting router settings or, better yet, upgrading your internet to a business-class plan. Jitters are another common audio problem. While they could be a sign of a compromised router, the problem can likely be fixed with jitter buffers. 3. Incorrectly Completed Calls
